Helpdesk software for teams our own size
Dredo is built by Elaren Group, a small software company in Toledo, Spain. We build and maintain software for businesses that don't have an IT department. That's how we got here. All of them were running support out of a shared mailbox, and every helpdesk we could point them to was priced for a call centre, or built like one.
So we shaped Dredo for the small end on purpose. Someone who has never touched a ticketing system should be able to use it on the first afternoon, with nobody there to train them. And it shouldn't get between you and your customers. The portal carries your brand, and the emails go out under your name.
Kept simple
Every feature has to earn the complexity it adds. If it needs a manual, we got the design wrong.
Your brand stays front
A support tool shouldn't advertise itself to your customers. On paid plans, ours disappears.
Honest pricing
The free plan does real work. You pay per workspace, not per seat, so adding a colleague costs you nothing.
